Return policy

We pride ourselves in our product quality with strict quality control checks in place. To provide you with additional peace of mind,with confidence and enjoy a great shopping experience with Miss Anatta Shop.

Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

Returnable items

Items that can be returned/refunded or exchanged within 30 days of receiving must follow the criteria as below:
1. You do not receive them within the guaranteed time (45 days not including 2-5 day processing)
2. You receive the wrong item. Items received in the incorrect size/colour.
3. You do not want the product you have received (but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused)
4. Faulty items damaged/broken, or soiled upon arrival.
5. Unwashed, unworn, and unused item(s) that have not met your expectation within 30 days of receiving.

Please Contact Us as soon as possible if you come across any of the above situations.
If for any reason you decide you no longer want the item. You can report it to us within 30 days of receiving it for a partial refund of the item cost.

Non-Returnable items

We will not accept returns in the following conditions:
1. your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)
2. your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
3. Washed, worn, used, or misused items.
4.Clothing and product items made from recycled fabrics and materials, custom-made clothing, sales, and earrings are not covered by the warranty.
5.Virus Prevention items including All masks, disposable protective clothing and other protective gear that comes in direct contact with the skin of humans and animals. 
These items are not covered by the return policy for hygiene and safety reasons.
Note: All returns must be authorized by the Miss Anatta Shop. Returned item without our agreement will not be accepted.

Return shipping costs

 1. All shipping fees are at the customers expense. This includes shipping fees for a return or exchange. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
2. Please contact your local post office to confirm the actual return shipping fee. We recommend you use the cheapest registered airmail method that is available.
*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on the Contact Us page.
