The currency of transactions

All orders will be charged in NZ Dollars. If the currency converter has been selected to display in a currency other than NZD, then be aware that the price shown might not be the same price charged to your credit card or Paypal account. This is because we are based in New Zealand, and we price and charge for our products in NZ currency. Therefore, due to exchange rate fluctuations and any fees and charges determined by your credit card company, Paypal, or the payment provider you choose, the final amount charged to your card cannot be predetermined.

How is the contract formed between you and us on MissAnatta.com?

Our shopping pages will guide you through the steps you need to take to place an order with us. Our order process allows you to check and amend any errors before submitting your order and before we deliver it. Please take the time to check the details of your order on each page of the order process before clicking “Confirm and Pay”, as you will not be able to make any changes to your payment order after this point. After you place an order by clicking “Confirm and Pay”, you will receive an e-mail from us acknowledging that we have received your order. We will then send you an email with photos/videos of the items in working condition, how they should be packaged and your delivery address for you to confirm in writing. We then send you a final email that confirms that the items have been dispatched with a tracking number and proof of delivery from us (“Despatch Confirmation”).Please note that items are subject to availability. As there is a delay between the time when the order is placed and the time it is processed, the stock position relating to particular items may change. If an item becomes out of stock, we will notify you as soon as possible, and you will be refunded where we have already taken payment. We reserve the right to refuse any order. For example, if the item you have ordered is unavailable or out of stock, if we are unable to obtain authorization for payment, if there is a documented error in the product information, including price or promotion, or if we suspect fraudulent activity, we will inform you of this by e-mail. If you have already paid for the items, we will refund you the full amount, including any delivery costs, charged at the time you confirm it back to us on that issue.

The images of the items on the sites are for illustrative purposes only. Although we have made every effort to display the colours accurately, we cannot guarantee that your computer's display of the colours accurately reflects the colour of the items. Your items may vary slightly from those images. All sizes and measurements of items are approximate. However, we do make every effort to ensure they are as accurate as possible. We take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions, and prices of items are as accurate as possible.We reserve the right to refuse orders where information about the items has been mis-published, including, without limitation, prices and promotions. All our items are sold on the basis that they are suitable for domestic use only. Please contact us for further information if you intend to use any of our items in a business or public environment. Please be aware that our items are not aimed at people aged under 16, so please take extra care when purchasing items as gifts for people in this age group.We take all reasonable care to ensure that the prices of items are correct at the time when the relevant information is entered onto the sites. Prices for items may change from time to time without notice. However, these changes will not affect orders that have already been despatched. The price of an item includes GST (or similar sales tax where applicable) at the prevailing rate for which we are responsible as a seller.  Please note that the prices listed on the sites are only applicable to items purchased on this site and not through any other source. The price of an item does not include delivery and possible return charges. You will be provided with details of our delivery charges during the order process. You can also see our delivery options and charges on our Delivery Details page. Please note that whilst we take the utmost care in ensuring the content on the sites (including descriptions of the items and associated services such as shipping, payment terms, offers and promotions, and delivery timescales) is accurate, the sites may at times contain typographical errors or other errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current. We, therefore, reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice. If this affects an order that you have already placed, we will notify you of the error if it will impact your order. In this regard, we reserve the right to not fulfill any orders that you have placed based on information on the sites that may contain errors or inaccuracies.

Customs Duty & Tax

You are responsible for paying any duties or taxes imposed on customs or importing goods into your country. If in doubt, check with your local post office, FedEx, or government customs office.

How to order custom dressmaking: Step by step

1. Contact me by contact form or email: Please send your inquiry to the email address: service@missanatta.net  with your required information in brief. I will discuss this by email for details. After all the details are agreed upon by the customers, I will send the order sheet as mentioned in No. 4 below.

2. How to order sizes: Available in standard sizes: Size No. 6, 8, 10, 12, 14, 16, 18, 20, 22, 24,Custom dressmaking for the individual outfit will be an extra charge of NZD 30 per dress. For the special sizes with a waist measurement of more than 33 inches, there will be an extra charge of NZD 30 for an additional piece of fabric. Please see this page for more details on sizes.

3. Lead Time: The lead time for delivery is below. The lead time starts from the payment receipt date and specification confirmation only. Fashion design, fashion illustration, and technical drawing: 7-10 daysIndividual dressmaking: 10–18 days.

4. Spec Confirmation; After you estimate the date, the receipt date of the dresses, and it's within the time frame of your event date, you need to confirm the item numbers, fabric patterns, colours, sizes, jewellery (if you have), shipping costs, and total prices. Then I will send the final order sheet to the buyer to confirm the specs, colours, and receiver address.

5. Arrange the Payment: The buyer should arrange the payment after confirmation of the order sheets. I can confirm receipt of the payments. The payments may be received in about 2-3 days, depending on the bank's transfer time.

6. Shipment Acknowledgement: I always acknowledge the buyer once after we send the parcel. In case there is any delay, I will also inform buyers in advance, 1-2 days or earlier.

7. Please take the time to check the details of your order on each page of the order process before making your “Confirm and Pay”, as you will not be able to make any changes to your payment order after this point. After you place an order, you will receive an email from me acknowledging that I have received your order. I will then send you an email with photos or videos of the items in working condition, how they should be packaged and your delivery address for you to confirm in writing. I then send you a final email that confirms that the items have been dispatched with the tracking number and proof of delivery from me (“Despatch Confirmation”).

Online project:

Working files in a variety of formats, such as.pdf, jpeg, video tutorials, etc., will be sent by email. The large files will also be sent by email, with access information to download them from my online storage site.

A sample and a complete garment

Please check your shipping address and zip code carefully to be correct before you pay. I reserve the right to charge the delivery fee again for returned items due to an undelivered wrong address.

  • I need 1–10 working days to prepare your order according to our numerous orders every day. Please understand the delay because of any holidays. 
  •  I cannot control the transport as it is handled by a third party, but I would deliver the parcel out at the very first moment.
  •  Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.
  •  Customs fees are normally charged by the shipping company or collected when you pick the item up. These fees are not additional shipping charges.

The return and exchange policy

1. When the service has been paid for and left to me for delivery, the product fully belongs to you.2. The process I will use:

  •  Upon receipt of payment, photos/videos will be taken of the product in working order and the safe packaging and address label and emailed to you for confirmation. 
  • When I confirm by email, the products will be packed and taken to the post office or courier. 
  • A photo of the post/courier delivery and the tracking number will be emailed to you.

3. If you receive a damaged item from transport, or if it is not delivered, the customer needs to make a claim against the deliverer using the documentation and emails associated with your order. As I have shown you, the goods were sent in working order and in safe packaging with the required signature collection.
4. If, by unforeseen chance, you received the wrong item, please contact me immediately to discuss.  Please keep the goods in their original condition and pack them in their original box and packing.


New Zealand orders:

My delivery target for purchases is 1 to 3 working days. Parcels are delivered Monday to Friday. Please see "Urgent Orders" below if you require a Saturday delivery. New Zealand orders are tracked and signed for when delivered by New Zealand Post.

Urgent orders: 

If you have an emergency with your ordered product, I also provide an urgent delivery service for urgent orders and Saturday deliveries. These nationwide orders are given priority and dispatched first. Our Urgent Delivery Service is overnight for non-rural orders placed before 1 pm on weekdays. 

Rural delivery:

 I deliver to rural addresses at no extra charge. Please note that these orders may take 1 to 3 days longer to arrive. 

PO Box deliveries:

Yes, you can also choose to have small parcels that will fit in your PO Box, delivered to a PO Box address.

International orders:

International orders are shipped by New Zealand Post’s International Economy Courier service. Therefore, you will have the security, efficiency, and quality handling of a tracked international courier service. I will notify you if your order is over 2 kg and will cost extra to send overseas. If so, you will have the right to cancel or change your order as you choose. Target delivery times for overseas orders are 3 to 10 working days, depending on where in the world you are.
Note: We do not ship to freight forwarding companies.

Additional charges on overseas orders:

My prices do not include import fees, duties, tariffs, taxes, or other import charges that may be payable in other countries. So, please be aware that your order may incur these additional charges, which the recipient will be responsible for paying.
